"We were concerned that the "non-smoking"room that we had reserved had indeed been smoked in. It is so very offensive to a non-smoker. The front office staff was wonderful helping me to access my room after we had check-out upon finding that I had left my purse inside. It was very early and I sincerely appreciated thier help. Thank you ladies!!! Debbi"
